Assuming a firm commitment against any form of corruption and bribery, Martifer Group has dedicated channels in its subsidiary companies under the terms and for the purposes of Law no. 93/2021 of 20 December and Decree-Law no. 109-E/2021 of 9 December where any complaint regarding the matters provided for in these laws may be reported.
Throughout the process, when requested, West Sea – Estaleiros Navais, Unipessoal, Lda. (West Sea), guarantees anonymity, confidentiality and restricted access to data relating to the identity of the person submitting the report, as well as protection and respect for the principles of non-reprimand or retaliation against those who use this channel in good faith and on serious grounds.

The Regulatory Compliance Programme seeks to establish guidelines aimed at preventing, detecting and responding to the corruption risk in Martifer Group, in compliance with the applicable anti-corruption legislation in force and based on the principles and values that guide our Code of Ethics and Conduct.
