SHIPYARD
The place where everything happens
With a privileged location, the shipyard is close to several ports such as Vigo, Porto and Lisbon.
The shipyard has two dry-docks and one outfitting quay, besides some other docking piers and several workshops. These installations allow us a high production capacity for the main tasks in the construction and ship repair areas, namely in steel production, piping fabrication and diverse mechanical installation activities.
Total area: 250.000 sqm
Production capacity: 20.000 tonnes per year
Lifting capacity: 180 tonnes
Docks
With two dry docks, a construction platform and an outfitting quay, the shipyard has the capacity of receiving vessels of different types and sizes.

Workshops
West Sea is equipped with workshops and modern equipment capable of executing all kind of construction and ship repair works.
Steel Cutting
Workshop with 2 400 sqm equipped with heavy machinery for steel plate and profile cutting.
Panel Line
Workshop with 3 300 sqm arranged with all the necessary equippment for modular steel block production.
Light and Heavy Steel
Workshop with 5 000 sqm where all the needed steel parts are formed for the steel block fabrication.
Block Production
Workshop with 8 000 sqm arranged with all the necessary equippment to fabricate and assemble the steel blocks.
Mechanic
Workshop with 3 000 sqm equipped with light and heavy machinery adequated for any activity.
Piping
Workshop with 2 900 sqm capable of produce all kind of piping for every project.
Steel Stockyard
Steel stockyard with 7 300 sqm for steel materials storage.
